Background:
The rapid rise of inflation, specifically on gas, food and housing, during this fiscal year has not only presented a challenge in employee retention, but acknowledgement of what our employees are facing at home. Dramatic increases in consumer prices began after the fiscal year started and continues to rise. This increase will provide relief for our workers now and moving forward.
