Approve Solicitation Award and Contract #11590 for BID 22-930 to Onyx Site Services, LLC, for Archer Braid SUNTrail Project #9197910, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidders meeting specifications, and authorize the Chair to execute same on behalf of the County

Prior Board Motions:
8/27/2019 - BoCC approved FDOT agreement to participate in the development of bid documents, construction, and construction engineering and inspection of the Archer Braid Suntrail project from SW 75th Terrace to SW 41st Blvd. BoCC approved associated maintenance agreement that requires the County to maintain the trail in perpetuity to receive the funding. BoCC adopted resolution 19-85 which authorized the County to enter into agreement with FDOT for the construction and maintenance of the Archer Braid SunTrail project.

Background:
The Archer Braid SUNTrail project extends the Archer Braid Trail from SW 75th Ter (Tower Rd area) to SW 41st Blvd (Celebration Pointe area) in the GRU right-of-way. The design phase was completed by FDOT.
