Background:
Management Academy is designed to help both new and experienced supervisors become more skilled and successful in their jobs. Supervisors have learned how to deal with common problems, including managing time and stress, and giving constructive feedback. In addition, supervisors have learned how to provide leadership and vision, establish self-discipline, foster teamwork, and maintain open lines of communication. We would like to celebrate their accomplishments.
