Background:
After reviewing accounts and amounts within categories of the Capital Preservation Projects for Critical Facilities, it was determined that some adjustments needed to be made between the operating and capital category as well as some within lines to the appropriately account for the project in the correct category. The attached budget amendment accomplishes this and there is a net-zero effect on the total budget for Capital Preservation.
