Background:
Alachua County staff has determined that the storm water facilities within Hayes Glen need to be upgraded and improved.
Matthew and Christy Urban own tax parcel number 04422-003-019, lot 19 of Hayes Glen.
In order to complete the improvements to the storm water facilities Alachua County requested a drainage easement across a portion of tax parcel number 04422-003-019 from the property owners.
The property owners agreed to donate the easement to Alachua County.
