Background:
Two Citizen at Large positions recently became vacant when members were removed due to attendance. Christopher Potts currently serves as the Alternate member, so his full-member appointment will result in a vacant alternate member position. The Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee is a five-member board, plus one alternate, who is responsible to make parks related recommendations to the Board.
