Background:
The roof of the Community Support Services/Health Department is in poor condition. Replacement of the roof was approved in the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan for FY 20.
Project #ITB 22-320-TW was advertised and bid with four (4) vendors responding. Jenkins Roofing, Inc. was selected as the lowest, most responsive bidder. Facilities Management staff is recommending the Commission to approve and award the work specified in ITB 22-320-TW Alachua County Health Department Roof Replacement to Jenkins Roofing, Inc.
