Background:

CHOICES provides competitive grants in a three-year cycle to Alachua County non-profit and governmental agencies that provide programs designed to increase access to healthcare for low-income residents. Without these services, disparities in health and income will continue to make it more difficult for the uninsured and underinsured to access care.  The current three-year contracts end September 30, 2022.
