Hipp Construction Equipment Co., Inc. in the amount of $267,028.00, which includes a contingency of $12,716.00, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting specifications, and authorize the Chair to execute same on behalf of the County.

Background:
Access to the services provided by Community Support Services and Health Department has been hindered due to deterioration of the driveway and sidewalk. Improvements are needed to provided safe access and prevent damage to vehicles from potholes.
This project was approved for FY 21. The project was advertised for bid April 20, 2022 and opened for submittals June 8, 2022. Two bidders competed for this project and John C. Hipp Construction Equipment Co., Inc. was selected as being the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
