On December 3,2020 Christopher Frazzetto was the cause of an accident that did $61,862.20 worth of damage including the cost for hiring a Deputy Sheriff to perform traffic control duties at this intersection.

Recommended Action
Give County Manager authority to sign the release so a check can be issued to Alachua County in the amount of $61,862.20. This will be in full settlement of Alachua County Subrogation claim against State Farm Insurance.
