Request that the Board accept a sidewalk easement across the easterly 9 feet of tax parcel 06113-001-000 so that Alachua County can construct an ADA compliant sidewalk.

Background:
Alachua County received a request for a sidewalk extension along NW 51st Street that would comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Alachua County staff determined that due to an existing drainage ditch and utility poles within the Right-of-Way of NW 51st Street a more favorable location for the sidewalk would be within the easterly 9 feet of Tax Parcel number 06113-001-000.
The property owner agreed to donate the sidewalk easement and has provided the executed document as required to provide legal access as needed.
