(Primary) and Kita Corp (Secondary) as the lowest responsible and responsive bidders meeting specifications), for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00, and authorize the County Manager to sign the agreements on behalf of the County.

Background:
In the event of a large-scale emergency necessitating the opening of emergency shelters and other disaster sites, the County is in need of a cleaning contractor to thoroughly clean all shelters and disaster sites so that they may be quickly reopened for their regular, non-emergency use.
