Background:
Local Workforce Development Board 9 (LWDB 9) oversees career center operations, provided by CareerSource North Central Florida (CSNCFL), in Alachua and Bradford Counties and receives funding by State program year (July 1-June 30) through formula, discretionary and dedicated grant purposes. LWDB9 received new funding for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Case Management in the amount of $15,000 for the period of October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022. The attached budget amendment accounts for the increased award.
