Background:

On September 28, 2020, the Board approved a new agreement for contractual services with EOLA Power, LLC and renewed the agreement for an additional two-year term on June 8, 2021.

In the time since the beginning of the contract, equipment has been updated and/or replaced requiring the Equipment List table to be updated.

In order to make it easier to review the equipment and pricing together, the two separate tables (Price Schedule and Equipment List) were combined.
