Recommended Action:
The Development Review Committee (DRC) reviewed the proposed Preliminary and Final Development Plan and the Plat at its December 1, 2022, hearing. The DRC recommended approval of the Plat to the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) based on a finding of consistency with Florida Statutes, the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan, and the Alachua County Unified Land Development Code.

Background:
This Plat is for 2 single-family lots on approximately 10.0 acres with associated infrastructure improvements.
The DRC approved the Preliminary and Final Development Plan on December 1, 2022 and recommended approval of the Plat to the BoCC. Pursuant to Sec. 401.14(b) The Development Review Committee shall review and make recommendations on plats and replats to the BoCC.
The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Unified Land Development Code, and the Final Development Plan. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the reviewed Plat per Section 401.02(e)10.
