Background:
PJDJ Inc. granted a drainage easement on a portion of Tax Parcel 04344-006-000 to Alachua County on August 20, 1999, which was recorded in Official Records Book 2321 at Page 2841. In 2003, the limits of the drainage easement were modified, however the new limits were never recorded. The proposed First Amendment along with the legal description and sketch accurately reflects the limits of the drainage easement. Upon signing the document, the First Amendment will be recorded in public records of Alachua County.
