Background:
The contract revision is to increase the allowable amount of annual leave accrual to 500 hours to match what was recently amended for non-bargaining employees through County procedure, and also to reflect County procedure regarding use of annual leave upon decision to separate from employment. This revision will reflect in Section 9-5 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
