Background:

The current Building Automation System (BAS) is the Alerton Platform, which is no longer supported by the current equipment.  The Facilities Department is moving to upgrade/standardize BAS countywide to the Automated Logic Platform. The key/lock systems on county buildings are all functional, so the priority of the project falls below the need of the automation system, therefore funding is being allocated to the higher priority project.
