Background:
The contract revision is to provide a 3% across the board wage increase for bargaining unit employees hired by January 12, 2023, with increase retroactive to first full pay period in January 2023. Also, the parties clarified the meaning of Special Duty in Section 15-5 and updated Section 11-6 to notice of investigation and/or possible discipline within a “reasonable time”. Also reflects the parties negotiations regarding annual leave accrual cap.
