Unanticipated Revenue Emergency Rental Assistance 2 (ERA2) Program Reallocated Funds Round 2 Award of $5,099,566.67, refunds of prior year payments in the amount of $245,805.42 and contract agreement with Carr, Riggs, and Ingram
Recommended Action:
Recommended Action
Accept the ERA2 Reallocated Funds Round 2 award and the unanticipated revenue for ERA2 refunds; approve the budget resolution and budget amendment for the funds; authorize the Chair to sign a letter of engagement with Carr, Riggs and Ingram (CRI) for continuation of services for ERA2; approve continuation of ERA funding for previously approved eligible applicants and the opening of applications with prioritization of very low-income households; and authorize staff to solicit agreements for housing stability services, administration, and other opportunities available under ERA related to affordable housing.
