Background:
Alachua County staff has determined that the storm water facilities within Robinson Heights Unit 2 need to be upgraded and improved.
Barbara R. Goff, Trustee of the Barbara R. Goff Trust owns tax parcel number 16259-014-000, lot 14 of Robinson Heights Unit 2.
In order to complete the improvements to the storm water facilities Alachua County requested a drainage easement across a portion of tax parcel number 16259-014-000 from the property owner.
The property owner agreed to donate the easement to Alachua County.
