Background:
Alachua County staff has determined that the storm water facilities within Robinson Heights Unit 2 need to be upgraded and improved.
Earlie Thompson owns tax parcel number 16259-015-000, lot 15 of Robinson Heights Unit 2.
In order to complete the improvements to the storm water facilities Alachua County requested a drainage easement across a portion of tax parcel number 16259-015-000 from the property owner.
The property owner agreed to donate the easement to Alachua County.
