Background:
Alachua County has determined that the Fire Rescue Training Facility located at 5801 NW 34th Boulevard needs to be upgraded.
The upgrades include the addition of a private force main that is part of the improvements to the sanitary sewer system for the facility.
A Utility Easement from the City of Gainesville is required to allow Alachua County to install the force main.
The City of Gainesville has agreed to donate the Utility Easement.
