Background:

Monday.com is currently used by individuals, teams, and departments to collaborate between themselves quickly and effectively and several partner agencies throughout the county.

Monday.com Software agreement needs to be renewed via a purchase order per quote. Emergency Management, Fire Rescue (FR), Budget and Fiscal Services (BFS), County Attorney, Environmental Protection Department (EPD), Human Resources (HR), and Information and Telecom Services (IT) utilize Monday.com. The attached renewal quote provides for a total of 450 licenses.

The quote pricing is based on an SHI International contract through Omnia Partners Cooperative Purchasing Program. This purchase is exempt from the County's competitive bidding requirements pursuant to Section 22.3-302(12) cooperatives and 22.3.-302(22) of the Alachua County Procurement Code, Procurement of Supplies or Services for software packages. However, since the dollar amount of the purchase exceeds the purchasing authority of the Procurement Manager, this Purchase Order is being submitted for Board consideration and approval.
