The Management Unit CBA was ratified by the BoCC on October 25, 2022, for a term beginning October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, and revised and ratified by the BoCC on December 12, 2022.

Background:
An increase of 3% will be applied to all employees of this bargaining unit effective the first full pay period upon ratification by the bargaining unit after negotiations on February 13, 2023. This increase shall not be added to the base of the classification, but to the individual member of the classifications. Also, employees shall provide documentation for bereavement leave and an interview panel shall be determined by fire rescue administration.
