Background:

The proposed Plat is for a 176-lot single-family detached residential subdivision with one non-residential lot with associated infrastructure. West End is to the south of this project, and Arbor Greens is to the west/southwest.

The Board of County Commissioners approved the Preliminary Development in July 2022 for a maximum of 180 lots. The Development Review Committee approved with conditions the Final Development Plan on March, 2, 2023.

Pursuant to Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) 401.17(b) The Development Review Committee shall review and make recommendations on plats to the Board of County Commissioners.

The Board of County Commissioners must determine that the Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Unified Land Development Code. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to approve the Plat per Section 401.02(e)10 and 402.59.
