Background:
During the initial stages of the Animal Services Renovation project various additional improvements have come to light. These items include the following that were not part of the original scope. The following is broken down in detail with attached supporting documentation.
Ø New Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Flooring in office/common areas.
Ø Additional fencing in the dog play area.
Ø Repair of existing fascia.
Ø Exterior Painting.
Ø Epoxy flooring in the operating/recovery rooms.
Ø Replacement of existing overhead/vertical kennel screen (areas where fabric was not installed).
Ø Replacement of exterior (kennel rea) doors.
We are requesting that the vendor add these improvements to the previously approved scope. The vendor is requesting additional time to accomplish the expanded scope.
