Background:
Sunshine Plumbing and Gas, Inc., Comfort Temp Company, S.I. Goldman Company, Inc., and W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor of Gainesville, Inc. are companies that provide on-call plumbing services to the University of Florida and other area clients. By piggybacking on a UF agreement, Alachua County can take advantage of the pre-negotiated pricing and terms that have already been agreed upon between the University of Florida and these companies.
