Background:

The county entered an agreement with Logos to purchase New World ERP system on 10/14/2014.  During the county’s implementation of New World, Tyler Technologies acquired Logos and New World ERP.  In December 2020, Tyler Technologies notified New World customers via email that New World ERP services were not being offered to new clients and recommended customers explore transitioning services to Munis ERP and remain with Tyler Technologies.  The county has been committed to working with Munis representatives for planning phases related to the conversions needed and implementation of Munis for all County and Library New World functions.
