Background:
The County has two agreements (#10041 and #10042) for Professional Geo-Technical and Testing Services with two different professionals. These agreements provide routine geotechnical investigation and testing services associated with roadway, site, and stormwater design; roadway, site and stormwater construction inspections; maintenance activities; and quality assurance/quality control on geotechnical issues that arise during development, design, or construction projects. The Public Works staff does not have the equipment, staff, or expertise to provide these services. These third amendments to the agreements will extend the term of these agreements through September 30, 2023 (final renewal option term) and will update provisions on minimum wage and E-verify.
