Background:

Steven Sell contacted staff offering to donate his 11.49-acre property (parcel # 06916-000-000) on Lake Kanapaha.  The primary benefits are shoreline and habitat protection within an urbanizing area. There may be an existing right of way to the SE corner of the property, which could provide public access and connect to future trails around the lake. A wonderful feature is the 82’ high hill offering scenic views of the lake.
