Background:
Provide ADA compliant restrooms on the second and third floors of the building located at 120 West University Avenue, Gainesville, 32601. Provide new signage on the ground floor lobby. Renovations on the second and third floors include revising room layouts, providing new finishes, lighting, plumbing, power, etc. This renovation is in line with the Alachua County ADA Transition plan dated February 2021 to bring the State Attorney Building Restrooms into Compliance.
