Background:
There are four parts to amendment 2023-1736.
Ø Part A is moving $100,000.00 from Project 8215402-FY21-Station Roofing. By using Co-op agreements, we were able to reduce costs, thus freeing up a portion of funds to be used in Project 8201911-FY23-WaterSystem.
Ø Part B is moving funds within Project 8201908-Civil Courthouse Roof Replacement. During Carry Forward all of the funds ended up in 001.19.1919.712.46.00 but $223,555.00 should have been in 312.17.1760.712.63.98. This part of the amendment will correct that.
Ø Part C is to fund Project 6231901-EPD Relocation with $150,000.00, this will allow tracking costs of moving the EPD into a new, non-leased space. Funding source is the Civil Clean & Seal project which will be deferred until the roof project is complete.
Ø Part D is to move $75,000.00 from operational lines to capital lines within Project 8201910-FY23-State Attorney BAS. When the project was originally funded it was thought that this would be a replacement, but this is an upgrade and would therefore need to be coded as capital.
