Background:
The Children’s Trust of Alachua County (CTAC) has entered into an agreement with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit (Clerk), and the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC). The agreement included $30,000 paid to the BoCC for website development and $10,000 to the Clerk to perform an annual financial audit. The First Amendment eliminates the provision wherein Alachua County will develop the Children’s Trust website and the Clerk of the Court would perform the Trust audit. The amendment also includes an addition wherein the Information and Telecommunications department, will provide technology and network management services to the Trust on a per person basis. Further, the Trust will reimburse the BoCC for hosting a web page within the BoCC’s website. Alachua County Human Resources will invoice for services at the actual employee pay rates, including benefits.
