Background:
The Solid Waste and Resource Recovery Department requires the assistance of outside professionals to provide landfill compliance monitoring and solid waste and resource recovery consulting services. The County publicly issued Request for Proposal #23-140 seeking qualified professionals to provide Landfill Compliance Monitoring and Solid Waste and Resource Recovery Consulting Services. After evaluating and considering all timely responses to the request, the County identified Jones Edmunds & Associates and Cornerstone Environmental Group, LLC a Tetra Tech, Inc., as the top ranked professionals. Both Professionals are qualified and have performed satisfactorily for the County in the past.
