Background:

TAR Properties, LLC, the Property Owner, filed an application for final development plan approval of 88^th Street Cottages, a new cottage neighborhood located in the 7100 to 7300 Block of SW 88^th Street. The project was approved by the Development Review Committee on August 15, 2019.

At the time of the development plan approval the County determined that it is in the public interest for the Property Owner to provide a public access easement and emergency service access easement for the site in order for the County to provide services to the neighborhood. The Property Owner has agreed to provide such easements.
