Approve Change Order 1 to Purchase Order 2021-1885, to Bliss Products & Services, in the amount of $3,712.50, for the Construction of a Concrete Sidewalk, Site Prep & Over-seeding disturbed areas at Grove Park. The revised Purchase Order Total is $108,192.16.

July 13, 2021, Board approved the Budget Amendment and Purchase Order 21-1885.
May 28th 2019 the Board approved the amendment to the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), which authorized $125,000 to be spent at Grove Park.
February 28, 2017, Board adopted resolution and budget amendment creating a new fund to budget and appropriate the unanticipated revenue related to the November 2016 voter approved Wild Spaces Public Places (WSPP) 1/2 cent sales tax referendum.

There are sufficient funds to cover this expense in both the budget and the project. $125,000 has already been moved into the project; of the $125,000, only $104,479.66 has been encumbered.
