Approve first amendments for Annual Pavement Marking Services agreements with (1) Roadscape North Florida, Inc. and (2) P&P Striping, LLC.

Prior Board Motions:
April 10, 2018 - Board approved the finance report for RFP 18-6 and authorized staff to negotiate agreements with Roadscape and P&P.
July 10, 2018 - Board approved annual agreements with Roadscape and P&P for annual pavement marking services.

Contract will be used for quarterly striping maintenance and on an as-needed basis. Striping estimates are included in the Department’s annual operating budgets and capital project budgets.
The contracts have an annual not-to-exceed amount of $750,000 per year.

Background:
These agreements will be used for pavement marking maintenance. The County does not have the specialized equipment or staff to perform this work in-house. These agreements are also utilized for push button resurfacing projects. The term of these amendments will be through September 30, 2020 with a renewal option of one additional, one year period.
