The award is for the Base Bid ($298,700.00) plus Alternate 1 ($4,682.00), for a total bid amount of $303,382.00, plus a 5% contingency amount of $15,169.00, for a total fiscal impact of $318,551.00.

Background:
The Roofing systems at the Public Works Administration building are in dire need of replacement. The lower roof is a pitched roof that has been foamed as a remedy for repairs. This roof is leaking in several places and the foam roofing system is bubbling and crumbling to pieces. The upper roof consists of a flat torch down roofing system that is in need of replacement
