The Board approve the reallocation of CIP money and approve the budget amendment and issuance of Purchase Order 2021-1885, to Bliss Products & Services, in the amount of $104,479.66, for the purchase and installation of Play Equipment and ADA Parking at Grove Park for Parks & Open Space.

Prior Board Motions:
May 28th 2019 the Board approved the resolution and Budget Amendment authorizing/recognizing the unanticipated revenue and approve the amendment to the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
February 28, 2017, Board adopted resolution and budget amendment creating a new fund to budget and appropriate the unanticipated revenue related to the November, 2016 voter approved Wild Spaces Public Places (WSPP) 1/2 cent sales tax referendum.

Approve moving currently unallocated monies within the Wild Spaces Public Places Park budget in the amount of $125,000.00 into the Grove Park project #6214105 Grove Park: Improvements: Play Area. Fund 021.41.4100.572.63.98.
There are sufficient funds to cover this expense; it is a net zero effect. (refer to page 6 of CIP attachment)

Background:
Grove Park is located at 6300 SE 152 Street Hawthorne, FL 32640 and is located halfway between Newnans Lake and the center of Hawthorne. It serves the Grove community as well as Rochelle. It is also only a quarter of a mile from the Gainesville Hawthorne State Trail.
