Approve the Award of Contracts for ITB 23-07 Annual Asphalt Concrete Surfacing Services for Alachua County, to Creative Concrete Design of Columbia County Inc. (Primary), Preferred Materials, Inc. (Secondary), and V.E. Whitehurst & Sons, Inc. (Secondary), for roadway resurfacing projects as needed, in the amount not to exceed (NTE) $1,000,000 annually each, for Public Works, and authorize the Chair to sign.
