The Capital Projects Finance Authority has requested that the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution to approve issuance by the Authority of its Student Housing Revenue Bonds, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $185,500,000.

Approve the resolution to approve issuance by the Authority of its Student Housing Revenue Bonds and authorize Finance & Accounting’s issuance of an invoice to Capital Projects Finance Authority for processing the application for issuance of tax exempt bonds.
