Piggyback Agreement from UF with multiple vendors (Climate Control Mechanical Services, Inc., Thermaserve Inc., Comfort Temp Company, S.I. Goldman Company, Inc., and W.W. (William Wiley) Gay Mechanical Contractor of Gainesville, Inc.) for mechanical and other Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) work, not to exceed (NTE) $200,000.00 per occurrence.
