Background:
The current chillers and boilers have reached the end of their life cycle. They are continuously failing and parts are hard to obtain for these older machines. The boilers are atmospheric and have an efficiency rating on the lower end of the spectrum as compared to more modern equipment. Replacing the chillers and boilers will see cost savings in maintenance as well as energy consumption.
The project will be a turnkey installation of chillers, boilers, controls, and a new refrigerant monitoring system that is up to date with the new monitoring and exhaust law changes
