Background:
In 2018, the Board authorized the acquisition of new Enterprise Permitting Software to replace the aging building permitting software, and enhance the electronic review and submittal processes for other functions. Public Works will be implementing some permitting functions in Citizenserve and will need additional licenses for its employees to be able to utilize the system. This amendment provides for seven additional licenses at a total cost of $6,825 in the current fiscal year, and $6,300 in next fiscal year.
