Background:

As Facilities Preservation projects approach completion, we request to move funds to complete new projects.  ADA work at the State Attorney’s Office will cost more than originally planned for.  Some of the flooring at the Civil Courthouse has reached its life expectancy.  Approval of this amendment will allow us to move forward on both new projects.
