Recommended Action:
Recommended Action Approve the solicitation award and contracts for BID 21-64 Annual Roadway Milling Services to (1) Hicks Seal Coating and Striping LLC dba Hicks Asphalt Paving and Concrete and (2) Superior Roadway Services LLC, in an amount not to exceed (NTE) $1,000,000.00 each annually, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidders meeting specifications, and authorize the Chair to execute same on behalf of the County

This work will cost $759,854.80 with $38,000 for additional work as needed. The work will be paid from the EPD portion of the Stormwater Assessment. EPD has applied for a Resilient Florida Grant that if awarded will offset $259,855 of project costs.
Stormwater Management Fund: 146.55.5511.31.00 - There are sufficient funds available in the existing budget in addition with FY21 funds that will be made available to cover this project through the Carry Forward process.
