Background:

LSF initially provided funding for Mobile Response Team’s that respond to anyone under the age of 25 experiencing a crisis situation, 24 hours day. With the award of additional funding, mobile response services are now available to all ages.  The local schools frequently request mobile response services and the Teams also work closely with law enforcement and the Co-responder teams.  Now that the age restriction has been removed, Crisis Center staff including those assigned to mobile response will expand outreach and community education efforts to increase awareness of the availability of mobile response services.
