Recommended Action
Approve the ranking of RFP 20-953 Technical Consultant for the County Administration Building as follows:
1. Avison Young-Florida LLC
2. CPM North America, PLLC
3. Turner & Townsend GOV, LLC
4. Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
Approve the above ranking and authorize staff to negotiate an agreement for RFP 20-953 Technical Consultant for a County Administration Building with the top ranked firm. Should the staff be unable to negotiate a satisfactory agreement with the top ranked firm, negotiations with that firm will be terminated. If needed, negotiations with the second and third ranked firms shall be undertaken in the same manner in order of ranking until an agreement is reached.

Planning and Architect Services are budgeted in the FY20 budget. The fiscal impact of the contract will be outlined after negotiations are returned to the Board.

Background:
The County has contracted with consultants to provide outside legal services as well as financial services. The Technical consultant will work with the legal and financial consultants to provide as needed strategic advisory services to assist in identifying, evaluating and implementing project delivery methods for the Alachua County Administrative Building.
