July 12, 2022 - Approve the issuance of a Purchase Order to Bliss Products & Services, in the amount of $326,703.91, for the purchase and installation of Play Equipment and ADA Parking Area updates at Lake Forest Elementary Pocket Park for the Parks & Open Space Department. Prices, terms and conditions are per Clay County Contract #18/19-2, Various Equipment and Amenities for Parks and Playgrounds.

Background:

An additional $2,800 is needed for the Lake Forest Elementary Pocket Park project for 6 ft high temporary chain link fencing across the jobsite to prevent children from entering the work zone and to allow the project to proceed without further delays.

Another $8,600 is needed to supplement the IPEMA certified engineered wood fiber (EWF) mulch around the existing play structure that was installed by the school system in 2021.
